ZZ and Grandma M

So as Zoie is sleeping in her swing I should be using this time to shower and get ready for the day, but I had to share this picture with you. This is my Mom posing like Zoie and when my mom did it she giggled which made Zoie smile and my Aunt Glena snapped the camera at the right time and got it!!! It's so cute and you can totally tell they are related!!!

Here is here first smile sleeping caught on camera during taking flower pictures! Shes so much fun. I love being her Mom!

Our ZZ is changing everyday!

Zoie has been smiling now for about 2 weeks. This week she has been smiling a lot, but never when we have the camera ready. When we do she smiles so quick we can't catch em'. She was smiling at Grandma Ida so much Saturday night but we didn't have the camera. Bummer!!!

ZZ is so strong and has been since day one! We love it when she holds her head up and looks around. She is so cute when she follows the voices around!

(oh and I sound so funny because I had lost my voice the day before and was just getting it back ;) and dad sounds a little squeeky from getting over his cold)

Old Lamps!

My grandpa gave these lamps to Nate and I when my grandma passed away and we love em, but we are not fans of the gold. So my neighbor down the street had some statues out in her garden that she spray painted with this bronze paint. They turned out so cute...so I decided to try it on our lamps. I was kinda of worried because they are touch lamps, so I wasn't sure if they would still work, but they did! The pictures doesn't show how great they really look, but we love em! (one done and one still gold)

Our 3rd Anniversary!

WOW! It's already been 3 years. I can't believe it! It seems like just yesterday we were just dating. We feel very blessed to be able to spend our anniversary with our little girl. We took family pictures in our back yard and picked up some Wingers for dinner while we watched a old time movie "Multiplicity".

I would just like to express how grateful I am to have Nate as my husband. He is the best Man in the world. He works so very hard so that I can be a stay at home mom. I love being his wife, and now the Mother of his little girl! I couldn't be happier!
