OH BOY! Getting Ready for the BOY!!

The Boy is coming....the Boy is coming!!  Its so close...its not close enough!  We have so much to get done.  Carpets need to get cleaned, babies bedroom needs mucked out and organized, dresser needs to be sanded and stained, car seat needs to be washed, Zoie needs to be potty trained (wishful thinking). Zoie needs to get rid of the bink, we need to get Zoie into a toddler bed so Rockston can have the crib, should we paint his room? Should we put up bead board like in ZZs room?  The garden needs to be all prepped and ready. When should I pack a bag?  WOW I have to pack a bag for all three of us, oh wait all four of us!  The diaper bag is now going to be stuffed with 2 different size diapers, a change of clothes for the baby, burp clothes, receiving blankets, gas drops, snacks and toys for Zoie.  Oh my goodness!  Can I handle all this, on top of coaching the dance team at the high school?  HAHA Heck ya I'm super Woman right?  NOPE!  All these thoughts are running through my mind 24/7.  I know that it will all work out because I have such a great support system from my family!  If it wasn't for my one of a kind Husband, Mom, mother-in-law Ida, and sister-in-law Stephanie, helping with Zoie while I have meetings for the dance team I would definitely not be as calm as I feel I am. (I'm sure my husband would disagree)  Really the only thing Im nervous about is Nate being home when its time to drive to Utah and figuring out who will take Zoie at that time and when she will meet back up with us again.  I know it will all work out, but I'm kind of a paranoid Mother when it comes to her.  I need to know exactly what shes doing, when and with who and I want her to be there right away to meet her brother.  We will see though. :) (thinking positive that it all works out)

On top of all this Nate has been working non stop getting things ready around the house so he can just relax when his boy comes.  He got the bead board up in Zoie's room, changed all the outlets to brand new white ones and they are the safety ones.  Cleaned out the laundry room, organized it, moved stuff around so it fits better and hung a shelf!  We got a new kitchen table since the one we had was breaking, and every time Nate would lean on it would start to tip.  He got the car seat out and took it apart and washed it.  Got new door knobs on all our doors up stairs, so now they all shut very nicely and quietly, and ZZ can't lock her self in her bedroom!  Made an appt. to get the carpets cleaned.  Bought all the material to expand our garden this year, and started laying the bark in the flower beds.  There is probably more that he has done, but man wouldn't ya say he is SUPER MAN?  All while working 12 hr shifts.  I just love him!

Our little Zoie is almost 20 months now!  She sure is a girl!  Has to have her hair done, has to have perfume on, (she actually throws a fit if I try and spare the $80 perfume and pretend to spray it)  She has mastered the stairs, loves to sing when she hears soft music, shes still the Dancing Queen when she hears a good beat, copies everything we say, loves Little Mermaid, loves nursery at church, can talk your ear off, can't contain her self when her Daddy gets home from work (she knows it's playing time).  We just can't keep up with her these days.  She has her bad moments too, but we wont talk about that ;)

I'm almost 34 weeks pregnant with this boy!  Its been a great pregnancy but this end part is where I start feeling sorry for my self.  I don't feel like my self when my back hurts, clothes don't fit, can't bend over to put my socks and shoes on, Zoie doesn't fit in my lap, and my energy level is at its all time LOW!  It's not like this everyday but man its happening more frequently so the next 6 weeks will drag I'm sure!  I just can't wait to meet him and have my family back at home together and start enjoying the summer days!

Here are some pictures!  Hope you enjoy... :)

Had to throw in the pictures to show Joie how much we love them!  :)

That Rockston is going to rock your world! Adam will like that name because, as you know, he has a slight fetish with anything "rock" ha! Having two babies is twice the work, but also twice the fun. I'm so flattered you hung my photos! Hopefully we will make it up to visit this summer to take new photos of your family of 4! Good luck Super Haskins, so exciting!!

Cuteness! I can't wait for your baby shower. And I told ya not to worry about Zoie when you have your baby, after all I will be here and so will Nick so we'll watch her, take care of her, and bring her to meet her baby brother right when we get your phone call to do so! And I'm crying as I type this. I am sooo happy for you guys and your new baby boy. It seems since I've had Payden I can't stop the water works! HA.

Your house improvements look lovely! Way to go Nate, you're awesome!

Love ya all! :)
