Halloween Crafts and More!

First off, when we bought our home the previous owners stuck some plastic numbers on the door and when we took them off they ruined the door and since doors are pretty spendy I wanted some that looked nice and would cover the ugly spot. So I had my sister in law look around Utah for a red barn star. No such luck. So she got me this brown one for about $10 and we painted it red! I loved how it turned out!

Here are some of the Halloween stuff I have done!

Okay so this store in Elko had these crafts that I thought between my husbands artistic talent and then me ( I can paint in the lines) we could make this for under $20 which is what they wanted for it! So here it is! We changed a few things here and there, but this guy will be greeting our trick or treaters this year! ( All the pumpkins are out of my Father In Laws garden)

Boards cut and screwed together
Quick layer of black paint, draw the pumpkin, paint it, dremal the outline of the pumpkin
We then cut the eyes and nose out of wood spray painted black, hot glued the eye balls on, sprayed painted a hanger for the mouth, and used white cardboard for the teeth, and painted Happy Halloween and put some raffia around it and sprayed some light glitter around the whole thing and its done!

So I had some frames that didn't really match my living room so I sprayed them with some metallic paint like I did the lamps.

Purple Candle Jar that I wanted to use in my kitchen, but not the right color, so I used the barn star spray paint and it turned out perfect for the kitchen color!

Everything looks so cute! That pumpkin wood craft is cute, different than I pictured. I love the red barn star too!
